Republic is absolutely amazing!! I cannot say enough good things about this place. I go every year on my birthday to celebrate. Out of all the places in Charleston this one is my favorite. The atmosphere, the bartenders and DJ are always top notch! I would love to recognize Jamieson he was behind the bar slinging drinks and made sure I was taken care of. I love the fact that he recognized my order and made sure I always had a drink ready. Do not sleep on this place make sure to go visit them when you are in Charleston!!🎉🥂🖤🍍

Great frozen cocktails. Lots of fans to keep the temperature comfortable on the patio. Shane our bartender took great care of us and was super personable! Had a great time.

I was there one year ago. Sunday was so fun! Joe Bradley and maddie Reese made our day! The kindest people I have ever met! I would come back again just for them! But a good time! Maddie dj’ing!

I visited Charleston for my birthday this past weekend and Bea was absolutely amazing as my VIP host! She made me feel so special and appreciated and I couldn’t have had a better experience for my birthday! Thank you so much Bea for everything!! 10/10 stars for her!

My fiance and I came to Charleston for a birthday getaway. We knew we wanted to stop at Republic briefly for the Bravo aspect of it all. He thought it would be a one stop shop….then continued to ask to go back every day we were there!! The night club portion is fun, but we LOVED our time on the patio with Shane, and another awesome bartender who I can’t recall their name. We loved them! We returned a third time for another patio day and Shane and his fiance were both working and made sure we were taken care of, continued to ask about our lives and our trip. Just straight up awesome hospitality. The patio is like the most perfect place to chill during a hot Charleston day, it’s shaded and has tons of fans.

My wife and I just arrived from Toronto. Walked 30min in the South Carolina heat lol to check out Republic and it was So worth it. We got to meet Lake from the show and she was AMAZING! She was very friendly and welcoming. She treated us like gold. This def made our trip worth it and we are very grateful. Its truly a one in a life time experience for us. We are very excited to watch the show and to be able to say, "we met her!!" Thank you Lake for making our trip well worth it. We are truly blessed because of your kindness. And the club is great. Great dj and music, great atmosphere.

We went in the afternoon, and had a nice relaxing time at the bar. Delicious drinks, friendly bartenders and a great atmosphere! Hopefully on the next trip to Charleston we can come back at night to see the nightlife!

I stopped by Republic Garden and Lounge’s outside bar area with my boyfriend after dinner. We went around 8 pm so we were one of the only people there. The space was very cute and upon being greeted by the bartender he gave us water which was very nice. They also have a DJ and cute sign. We walked by later in the night and it had a line outside the door. The space is pretty small though. We did not go to the restaurant attached to it.

We went to republic for a night out for my sister’s bachelorette and we loved it! The atmosphere was welcoming and fun. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The drinks tasted great! I loved the pineapple upside cake shots! We definitely will be back when we’re back in town!
